COURSE OVERVIEW

This 3-hour course was developed to assist learners, keen to pursue a career in design, to compile a portfolio that could assist them to apply for studying a design qualification or an internship at a design company. The basic stages of the design process are used as a guide. Participants are shown how to approach the curation of their portfolio from defining what is required of them up to the creation and submission of their portfolio. The design process can be applied to any future design problems. The course will be available to participants for two weeks and it will take approximately three hours to cover all the content.   

 

Tools & Equipment:

You will need access to a computer/laptop/cell phone or other device and access to the internet. You might need a notebook to capture information for future reference

 

PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

This course will run monthly from the start of June until the end of November. Monthly intakes will occur before or during the first week of every month. Should your application be received after that, you will be enrolled for the next month or later, according to your selection. The short learning programme should be completed by the end of the month that you enrolled in.
