Lauren Gauthier, Production Manager for SpongeBob SquarePants at Nickelodeon

Lauren Gauthier left her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina to study Cinematic Arts at Azusa Pacific University. She eventually stumbled into animated television at Dreamworks TV and found her tribe of comic loving, kind nerds. There, she worked her way up in production on Trollhunters, Dragons: Race to the Edge, and Voltron: Legendary Defender. She then moved Nickelodeon to join the crew on Santiago of the Seas, Middlemost Post, and most recently SpongeBob SquarePants as a production manager. Lauren has also developed her passion writing, contributing ten scripts across three tv shows. Lauren’s crowning achievement, however, are her cats Rita and Otto who have unconditionally supported her dreams and unceremoniously torn up her carpet.
