The STADIO School of Management and Administration’s internationally recognised Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree has consistently been one of our most popular qualifications because of its affordability and the delightful array of career options and advancements it provides access to.

The BBA degree is a remarkable and encompassing platform to further your career. It also gives students access to our Bachelor of Business Administration Honours programme.
Most of our students are already part of workforce at institutions such as ESKOM, the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), traffic departments and municipalities. Many of these institutions enrol their personnel at STADIO to enable them to further their career and increase their value to the institution.

The BBA equips graduates to effectively manage people, resources, projects and portfolios, and work in the fields of disaster risk reduction as well as advertising and promotions. The BBA promotes the development of the knowledge base and skills set required in all subsectors of management. We endeavour to release our students’ full potential and to provide them with opportunities to move up the value chain and between the different sectors of the economy. The qualification produces highly knowledgeable and intellectually skilled graduates who can contribute to improved productivity and efficiency within an organisation. It provides the means for individuals in the general management field to receive recognition of prior learning and to upgrade their skills and knowledge base.

Our BBA is structured in such a way that it exposes students to a set of core competences and gives them a broad understanding of general and public management as well as their chosen electives. It allows our students to work towards a complete and internationally recognised qualification. The electives for our BBA are Disaster Risk Reduction, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, Marketing Management, Project Management, Public Sector Management and Talent Management. The most prevalent elective is Project Management.

We are affiliated with a vast number of representative bodies, including accreditation from the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
