COURSE OVERVIEW

Entry Requirements

THE ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR THE HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE ARE:
  • Senior Certificate (SC); OR

  • National Senior Certificate (NSC); OR

  • National Senior Certificate Vocational Level 4 (NC(V)),

with

  • a minimum of 40% in English Home Language or a minimum of 30% English First Additional Language.

 

Applicants are required to each submit a short digital presentation** that contains a brief personal introduction, to explain what they expect to gain from the programme. This digital presentation aims to gauge their communication ability (including the ease with which they engage with digital media), their awareness of the profession, and their motivation to enter the architectural profession.
