TOPIC: A Business-to-Business Model of brand equity in South Africa’s SETA Training industry

By applying Structural Equation Modelling, the candidate developed a business-to-business model of Brand Equity for South Africa’s Training Industry. A conceptual model was employed to evaluate the correlation between industrial brand equity and customer satisfaction. The hypotheses results demonstrate that B2B brand equity has a significantly positive influence on customer satisfaction in the Service SETA industry. The model developed is crucial as a forerunner in SA’s Seta training industry and is an essential base model for future research.

The study confirms that after 32 years of democracy, the CPA’s are still failing. The candidate proposed a framework for land reform to make the project sustainable.
